Rules (GOM §D.3 / 14 CFR §135.263, §135.267(e)(f)): a duty day = first clock-in → last clock-out (clock-out gaps under 10 h stay in the day), must be ≤14 h with ≥10 h rest on each side · ≤50 h/week · ≥24 h weekly rest · ≥13×24 h rest/quarter · post-exceedance rest 11/12/16 h. 5-min grace on the 14 h / 10 h / 24 h limits. Duty tracked for RPICs (ROC - RPIC) and GSCs; findings can be annotated, or a clock time corrected with a reason.
